About this statement
Augview Limited collects personal information through augview.net and its enquiry and article-request forms to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations and provide requested articles. This statement covers those interactions, rather than data in Augview’s mobile applications or customer GIS systems.

What we collect and why
Enquiry and demonstration forms collect your name, email address and any message or optional phone/company details you provide. We use them to answer your request and discuss the products or services you have asked about.
The website article form collects your name and email address to send the article link. Its separate, optional demonstration-invitation choice does not affect article delivery. You can stop invitations using the unsubscribe link.
When you request an article through our LinkedIn form, the intended delivery route passes your email address and submission identifiers, timestamps and information needed to validate and deliver the request from LinkedIn through Make to our article-delivery system. Make’s selected hosting region is the United States. The request is for the article and does not subscribe you to demonstration invitations or a marketing email series. LinkedIn also handles information under its privacy policy.
Providing information is voluntary. Without the required contact details, we cannot process a form or email your requested response. You can also contact sales@augview.net.
Who handles information
Authorised Augview staff handle enquiries. Website administrators can access article-request records, including submitted details, invitation choices, request/source identifiers, timestamps and delivery status. These records support delivery, prevent duplicate messages and honour opt-outs. Hosting, email and delivery services process information as needed to provide these services; some processing may occur overseas.
Website services
The website uses cookies and services for site operation, security, spam prevention and embedded videos. Cookie choices are available through the website’s cookie controls. Google reCAPTCHA is used on the Contact form and YouTube supplies embedded videos; these services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details under Google’s privacy policy.
If you allow statistics cookies, Google Analytics helps us understand website visits and completed demo enquiries. If you allow marketing cookies, LinkedIn helps us measure advertising performance, including completed demo enquiries. These services may receive page URLs, browser or device information and online identifiers. Our configured measurement events do not include the name, email address, phone number or message entered in our enquiry forms.
Statistics and marketing are separate cookie choices. You can reject optional cookies or change your choices through the website’s cookie controls. Google and LinkedIn handle information under Google’s privacy policy and LinkedIn’s privacy policy.
Keeping information and your rights
Darcy handles old-record reviews and deletion requests. We retain information while it is needed to respond to requests, provide services, maintain necessary business records or meet legal requirements. Information is deleted when it is no longer needed for these purposes. Limited opt-out and delivery records may be retained to honour your preferences and avoid duplicate messages.
Contact darcy@augview.net to ask for access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity. You can also contact the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
